This is what I’ve been seeing these past 3 months in the Fox Valley area housing market. I would expect it to continue through the fall months, up until the usual seasonal lull Nov-Jan. In addition, I think the spring buying season will be way very much improved on inventory, but with still realistic home prices. This means it may not be the absolute bottom of prices, but on the low end.
